Very stylish nice hotel in general Iam very fussy attention to details person the usual changing room in my stay all the time nothing negative to say needed extra bed for my child given to me as complimentary service all the time and every one will ask if you need anything customer relationsn manager mr.alaa al fahmi very nice man rang me and asked if everything is ok met me in the reception area and humbly welcomed me I did find any thing negative hotel is walking distance from al haram but transport available around the clock hardly to wait for it food is good different varieties.
