This phase consists of 4 structural bases accommodating 10 hospitality and residential towers in addition to 10 Luxurious Penthouses, commercial spaces with a total built area of 26,959.26 square meters served with 592 parking spaces. The total construction area for the first phase is about 517,102.07 square meters. This phase was launched during the first quarter of 2017 in the presence of the Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Grand Mosques and The Prince of Makkah Prince Khalid Al-Faisal.
On an area of more than two square kilometers, 45 towers are reaching for the sky. With 11 of the world’s top hotel operators for phases 1,2,3, and 4. The standout features of the project are a pair of twin towers with a sky bridge Musallah directly connected with The Holy Mosque. Together, they boost pedestrian traffic along King Abdulaziz Road, which leads straight to Haram and provides a comprehensive set of shops and restaurants.
This phase consists of a single structural base, Accommodating 4 hospitality towers with a view of Ibrahim Al-Khalil Street and a total built-up area of 198,451 square meters. The base building consists of 3 commercial floors, 96 residential units, 4 villas, and 3 parking floors, enriched by all sorts of services outlets and halls such as restaurants, meeting rooms, and Gyms.
The third phase consists of two construction bases and four towers with a total built area of 422,535 square meters. This phase includes 2160 hotel rooms comprising the twin towers with Sky Bridge Musallah.
The fourth phase consists of three structural bases accommodating seven towers, as well as a facility equipped with all the essential services dedicated to government agencies and located at the center of the project. The total construction area for this phase is 309,557 square meters.
The total construction area of the fifth and sixth phases were increased to 728,842 square meters.
The seventh phase is located in a distinguished location in the project in front of the Grand Mosque directly.
