I am a Platinum Ambassador at IHG and Hilton Gold member. I am new to Hyatt brand and trying it out and after staying at this hotel I thought oh boy why it took me so long to turn to it. It was my first stay at this hotel and it earned my loyalty to the Hyatt brand. I was immediately recognized as Discoverist and hotel manager personally came and welcomed me. The rooms are nice and clean. They are spacious and relaxing.The breakfast (Iftar) buffet was out of this world, the best among all the 5 star hotels I have stayed in the area. I would just go for the food next time even if its a day trip!! Its close to Haram. Also has a food court in the hotel.
