This phase consists of 4 structural bases accommodating 10 hospitality and residential towers in addition to 10 Luxurious Penthouses, commercial spaces with a total built area of 26,959.26 square meters served with 592 parking spaces. The total construction area for the first phase is about 517,102.07 square meters. This phase was launched during the first quarter of 2017 in the presence of the Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Grand Mosques and The Prince of Makkah Prince Khalid Al-Faisal.
