Jabal Omar receives the Ministry of Tourism license to operate the first and second towers of Phase Four of its project

Jabal Omar Development Company announced that it has received today, Monday, December 1, 2025, the Ministry of Tourism license to operate the first and second towers of Phase Four of the Jabal Omar project, which will be operated by the Jabal Omar Rotana Hotel. The two towers include 450 rooms and suites, in addition to a restaurant, café, meeting rooms, and a health club.

The company stated in a filing on Tadawul that the Jabal Omar Rotana Hotel spans three towers comprising a total of 655 rooms and suites. It is also connected to a shopping center that offers around 16,000 square meters of leasable space and 131 parking spaces. The company added that it is currently working on completing the necessary procedures to obtain the Ministry of Tourism license to operate the third tower.

The company expects that operating the hotel will have a positive financial impact on its revenues during the first quarter of 2026. It aims to complete the remaining four towers of Phase Four and hand them over gradually to the operator, Jabal Omar Sofitel, during 2026.
