Jabal Omar Development Company announced that it had received, on Monday evening, December 4, 2023, the Ministry of Tourism’s license to operate the second tower of the five-star “Jabal Omar Address” hotel, which includes 742 luxurious and modern rooms and suites, in addition to two restaurants, a café, meeting rooms, a business center, and a lounge. Executive, multi-use halls, a health club and commercial spaces.

The company said in a statement to Saudi Tadawul on Tuesday that the Jabal Omar Address Hotel consists of two towers, each with 44 floors and a helipad, and connected by the highest suspended prayer hall in the world with a view of the Holy Kaaba.

It is expected that the operation of the second tower of the “Jabal Omar Address Hotel” will have a positive financial impact on the company’s revenues during the year 2024.
