Jabal Omar receives the license to operate the first tower in its project in Makkah Expected a positive financial impact on 2023 revenues

Jabal Omar Development Company announced that it received today, Monday, August 28, 2023, the Ministry of Tourism’s license to operate the first tower of the five-star Jabal Omar Jumeirah Hotel, which includes 263 luxurious and modern rooms and suites, a restaurant, a café, meeting rooms, a business service, a prayer room, and a fitness center.

The company said in a statement to Tadawul Saudi Arabia on Monday that the Jabal Omar Jumeirah Hotel consists of 4 towers, each with 19 floors, and the company is currently working on handing over the remaining towers to the operator and completing the necessary procedures to obtain permits from the relevant authorities to operate them.

She stated that this step is considered a continuation of the implementation of the strategic transformation plan that enables the company to keep pace with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and enhance the level of quality in the tourism and hospitality sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She expected that the operation of the hotel will have a positive financial impact on the company’s revenues during the year 2023 AD.
