Jabal Omar Development Company Participates in Cityscape Global in Riyadh
Jabal Omar Development Company is participating in Cityscape Global in Riyadh from 17–20 November. They are showcasing major development projects in the heart of Makkah. Additionally, they will highlight potential partnership opportunities and initiatives that will contribute to the continued evolution of the Jabal Omar destination.
Throughout the exhibition, the company will present progress made across the different phases of the Jabal Omar masterplan. This includes their hospitality portfolio comprising more than 5,900 hotel rooms and suites, expected to reach 7,800 rooms as new hotels come online. Furthermore, the company will outline areas within the destination ready for future development. They will also open the door for collaboration with investors and companies. This aims to contribute to elevating hospitality, retail, and visitor experiences.
Commenting on the participation, Eng. Saleh Al-Habdan, CEO of Jabal Omar Development Company, said:

Eng. Mohammed Al-Ghamdi, Chief Development Officer, noted that the company has made significant progress in completing Phase Four. This phase includes seven hotel towers and a retail center spanning 23,000 square meters, in addition to 479 parking spaces.
He added that the Jabal Omar destination offers an integrated and elevated visitor experience. It comprises world-class hotels, retail areas, dining concepts, cultural attractions, museums, and essential services. This positions it as one of the most prominent mixed-use destinations surrounding the Holy Mosque.
Through its participation, the company aims to strengthen engagement with investors and partners. They will introduce upcoming development initiatives and present a comprehensive development model. This model supports hospitality, residential, and commercial services in proximity to the Holy Mosque.
