Jabal Omar Development Company launches internal-fire station

JODC initiated the internal fire station in Jabal Omar project overlooking the Holy Mosque in Makkah, in the presence of the Director General of Civil Defense in Makkah Region, Major General Salem Al-Matrafi and the Director of Civil Defense in the Holy City Colonel General, Mr. Ali Al-Montashari.

CEO of JODC, Mr. Yasser bin Faisal Al Sharif, said that the station is the first of its kind in the western region, which contains the latest technologies and equipment related to safety and fire, equipped with a qualified staff around the clock, and the station contains a controlling room, training center and fitness center.

Mr. Yasser Al Sherif, stated that the aim of the station is to provide the highest safety and security rates for the guests of Jebel Omar Hotels, which includes 40 hotel towers. The company’s headquarters in the heart of the project will contribute quickly to the treatment of all fire and accidents.

JODC has made significant progresses in establishment of one of the largest residential, Hospitality and commercial, to become one of the main landmarks in the vicinity of the Grand Mosque, due to its distinctive view of the Holy Mosque. The company aims to achieve its vision of Jabal Omar project through the recognition of the originality and contemporary, while maintaining Makkah and Islamic architecture style with modern touches.
