Jabal Omar Development Company announces the receipt of a license from the Ministry of Tourism to operate the first tower of Jabal Omar Jumeirah Hotels in its project in Makkah Al-Mukarramah

Jabal Omar Development Company announces that it has received today, August 28, 2023 AD, the license of the Ministry of Tourism to operate the first tower of the Jabal Omar Jumeirah hotel with a five-star rating. The first tower includes 263 luxurious and modern style rooms and suites in addition to a restaurant, cafe, meeting rooms and business center service, prayer hall, and a fitness center.
Jabal Omar Jumeirah consists of four towers, with each tower containing 19 hotel floors.

The company is currently working on handing over the second towers to the operator and completing the necessary procedures to obtain permits from the relevant authorities to operate the tower.

The opening of hotel is a continuation of the implementation of the strategic transformation plan, which enables the company to keep pace with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and enhance the level of quality in the tourism and hospitality sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

It is expected that the operation of the hotel will have a positive financial impact on the company’s revenues during the year 2023 AD.
