An announcement from JODC about the Letter of Intent sent to Umm Al Qura Company for Development and Reconstruction

Further to Jabal Omar’s announcement posted on the Saudi Stock Exchange, Tadawul’s website on July 30th 2017 concerning submitting a non-binding letter of intent to the board of directors of Umm Al Qura for Development & Construction Company.

On the 3rd of August 2017, Jabal Omar announced receiving a positive response from the board of directors of Umm Al Qura for Development & Construction Company.

Jabal Omar will coordinate with Umm Al Qura for Development & Construction Company to sign a non-binding MoU in the coming weeks to clarify the steps to be taken in this regard.
The company will announce the progress on this subject at the time.
