Conrad Makkah hotel – Jabal Omar pulls an experimental fire drill

The hotel applied this experiment after sending an official notice to guests to update them about the evacuation plan in collaboration with the Saudi Civil Defense in Makkah.

Conrad Makkah Jabal Omar hotel pulls an experimental fire alarm drill to achieve the highest level of safety for its guests and visitors by applying an evacuation drill experience emphisizing on how to deal with disasters. In this experiment, guests evacuated the hotel in a record time since sounding fire alarm.

The hotel applied this experiment after sending an official notice to guests to update them about the evacuation plan in collaboration with the Saudi Civil Defense in Makkah. Conrad Makkah Jabal Omar hotel employees have been trained on how to behave in the event of emergencies and disasters. They are trained on how to use fire extinguishers and most importantly how to cautiously get the guests out of the disaster site using the emergency exit and keep them away from smoke areas while covering their noses and mouths to avoid inhaling Carbon Monoxide and Dioxide.

Conrad Makkah Jabal Omar hotel employees have been trained on how to behave in the event of emergencies and disasters. They are trained on how to use fire extinguishers and most importantly how to cautiously get the guests out of the disaster site using the emergency exit and keep them away from smoke areas while covering their noses and mouths to avoid inhaling Carbon Monoxide and Carbon Dioxide.

Furthermore, Jabal Omar hotels and facilities such as malls and apartments will also be implementing the same model experience to achieve the highest level of safety for guests and visitors.
